How are they building up?
- The hosts are currently 2nd on the table in the North Group, behind leaders Lancashire Lightning only on net run-rate.
- They shared points with Worcestershire Rapids in the washed-out opening game, while making a short work of Leicestershire Foxes in the very next encounter.
- The visitors are heading into their next game with a 100% record after winning the only game they played this season against Yorkshire Vikings.
But who is favorite here?
Both the teams are unbeaten and won their games quite easily, to be fair. It’s too early as well, to look into the form and label a team as favorites.
But if the first game was anything to go by, the hosts have a lot of wind in their sails and will be hard to stop in front of their own fans.
DER vs WAS Dream11 Fantasy Team News:
Birmingham Bears:

- The hosts are unchanged from Game-1 and exected to field the same XI which ripped through Lancashire Lightning in the opening game.
- Fidel Edwards will once again lead the attack for the hosts, with Henry Brookes supporting him from the other end.
- No changes are expected in the batting line-up, though, Michael Burgess is under pressure after falling for just 3 in the first match.
Derbyshire Falcons-
- They are unchanged as well from Game-1 and could go with an unchanged XI here against at Edgbaston.
- That said, all-rounder, Alex Hughes wasn’t involved in the last match, and he will definitely be pushing for inclusion here.
- The likeliest player making a room for him, if the changes come here, is Darren Stevens, who failed to impress with both bat and ball.
- Another possible combination that Derby could go with is a place for both Stevens and Hughes in the starting 11. In that case, Fynn Hudson-Prentice may be dropped, while Luis Reece may be asked to open the innings with Billy Godleman.
